Q: What are the preferred resolutions to use when using this site?
A: 900p (1600x900) or higher is recommended.
Q: When I login to an event, I get a "Coming Soon" page instead of the event.
A: If you see this page before the event has begun, then the event has not started yet. If you left your browser open before the event and the event has already begun, you may need to refresh your browser to see it.
Q: I’ve already purchased a pass, but when I try to login, I get an error message saying, “Error: user does not exist”.
A: Make sure that you are entering the same email address that was used to create your account. This is often the result of entering a valid email address, but a different one than used to create the account.
Q: When I try to Login using my email address, I get an error message saying, "Error: invalid credentials provided".
A: You may not be typing your password the way that the website expects to see it entered. Click on “I forgot my password” in the lower right-hand corner of the Login section. You will be able to request an email allowing you to reset your password. When doing so, use something that you will be most likely to remember.
Q: I requested a password reset and I have not received an email to reset it yet.
A: Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder as the email may have been redirected their by your email software.
Q: I'm unsure if I entered in my email/username with capitals or not
A: The “Email” address field is not case sensitive. You should be able to enter your email address using upper or lower case characters to login.
Q: What is the difference between a Weekend Pass and a 1yr All Access Pass?
A: A Weekend Pass lets you watch any of the livestreamed Sacred Music, Workshops, Yoga Classes, or Women’s Empowerment Classes live, throughout the event. However, since many of these sessions will be streaming simultaneously, you’ll need to select which of them you wish to watch, at what times. A 1yr All Access Pass will allow you to watch any video, anytime, for a full year. Unlike the Weekend Pass, this will allow you to watch ALL of the sessions from Shakti Fest Reunion!
Q: I’ve entered my credit card information properly, but nothing happens when I select “Make Payment”.
A: Make sure that you have checked the box confirming that you “have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions”. The system won’t process your transaction without this selected.
Q: I had selected one plan and continued checkout but before paying I want to select a different plan.
A: On the payment page you can select the “Plan” or “Payment” links at the top, below “Checkout” to change your plan before making your final payment.
Q: I have gotten a coupon for an event. How do I use it?
A: On the payment page, you can enter your coupon code, which is case insensitive and then select "Apply Coupon" to apply it to your order.
Q: I am watching a livestream but it seems to be continuously buffering.
A: Try refreshing the page to reload the stream and clear your browsers cache.
Q: What browsers are the best for watching livestreams or videos?
A: While most browsers should work fine, we recommend the latest version of Chrome, Edge or Firefox on PCs, and Chrome or Safari on Mac. Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 10 is still supported as well, although earlier versions of IE/Windows can be problematic.
Q: Can I pause the live stream and view it at a later time?
A: The live stream will only cache for about 30 seconds before catching up to the real time livestream.
Q: Can I watch videos that I missed live or that aired while I was watching a different livestream? Is there a "replay" option?
A: If event organizers have elected to record the event, videos of each session will be available on the homepage of this site for playback, shortly after they have concluded. If the event is still in progress and you wish to jump from the livestream page to the homepage to view videos of sessions that have already concluded, hit the "Home" icon at the top left of your screen to view the playlist of recorded sessions.
